Software Engineer (Java/Web Applications)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer specializing in Java/Web Applications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in enterprise web application development and be comfortable working across the complete application stack.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Engage in the development of highly interactive JavaScript-based interfaces and Java backend systems.
• Database Management: Interact with Oracle Database to manage data effectively.
• Web Services & Integrations: Develop and maintain web services and handle enterprise integrations.
• Technical Ownership: Take strong technical ownership of projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• End-to-End Development: Independently manage activities from requirement understanding and technical design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in software development with a focus on Java and web applications.
• Proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with Oracle Database and SQL.
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
