Embedded Software Engineer

Role Overview

Multispan Control Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading electronics manufacturing company specializing in process control instruments, automation solutions, temperature controllers, timers, counters, energy meters, and industrial IoT products. We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for our diverse range of electronic products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain embedded software for electronic products.
• Work on microcontroller-based firmware development.
• Debug hardware-software integration issues.
• Develop and optimize embedded C/C++ code.
• Interface with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, CAN, etc.
• Collaborate with hardware, testing, and production teams.
• Support product development from concept to production stage.
• Troubleshoot field issues and improve firmware performance.

Requirements

• BE/B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Electrical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Embedded C / C++.
• Experience with Microcontrollers (ARM, PIC, AVR, STM32, 8051, etc.).
• Understanding of RTOS concepts (preferred).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus, CAN).
• Basic hardware debugging skills using oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer.
• Familiarity with PCB schematics and datasheets.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
