Role Overview
Nexus Beings specialises in creating photorealistic digital humans that combine state-of-the-art conversational AI with lifelike animations. We are seeking a Computer Vision Intern to contribute to the design and optimization of Gaussian Splatting pipelines, adapting cutting-edge neural rendering research into practical, production-oriented implementations.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimise Gaussian Splatting for real-time 3D reconstruction and rendering.
- Adapt NeRF and radiance field methods into scalable workflows.
- Assist in GPU acceleration and performance optimization using PyTorch and CUDA.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate vision pipelines into larger AI systems.
- Stay updated with the latest research in neural rendering and 3D computer vision.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code for research-to-production transfer.
Requirements
- Strong academic or research exposure in computer vision, graphics, or related fields.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS, EE, Math, or related fields from a top-tier institution.
- Good understanding of 3D vision, neural rendering, or differentiable graphics.
- Hands-on projects or research with Gaussian Splatting, NeRF, or radiance fields.
- Proficiency in Python and PyTorch; familiarity with C++ is a plus.
