Software Solutions Engineer – AI Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Solutions Engineer with strong experience in full-stack software development, backend engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, databases and modern application development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across different technologies, understanding existing codebases, troubleshooting technical issues and converting technical requirements into reliable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications, backend services, APIs and internal engineering tools.
• Develop software using technologies such as Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++ and TypeScript.
• Build and integrate APIs and intelligent system components into production applications.
• Develop frameworks and tools for testing, evaluation, monitoring, telemetry and system performance analysis.
• Work across backend, frontend, database and cloud infrastructure layers.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and application integrations.
• Troubleshoot application, API, database, and system-level issues.
• Analyze technical problems and document findings, solutions and technical decisions.
• Work with existing codebases and contribute to application improvements.
• Develop prototypes and convert technical requirements into functional software.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, maintainability, documentation, testing and code quality.
• Participate in technical evaluations, testing, and performance validation of software systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++.
• Working proficiency in a second programming language.
• Practical full-stack development experience.
• Experience with backend services and APIs.
• Experience with React or a comparable modern frontend framework.
• Experience with relational and/or document databases.
• Experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure.
• Ability to understand existing codebases and contribute effectively.
• Experience working on technically complex software projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Good written communication and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week during weekdays.
