Full Stack Developer Intern

Role Overview

R360 builds the loyalty, rewards, and customer engagement platform behind some of India's largest card issuers. You will contribute to software used by millions of banking customers, building real product features across a full stack environment.

Responsibilities

• Build real product features across a Django/PostgreSQL backend and a React/TypeScript frontend.
• Develop APIs that integrate with banking systems, mobile apps, and partner platforms.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas, write efficient queries, and understand how production databases evolve.
• Deploy and test applications on AWS with guidance from the engineering team.
• Debug issues across the stack—from frontend UI bugs to backend services and database queries.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams to turn requirements into working software.
• Write clean, maintainable code, tests where they add value, and documentation.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or strong personal projects.
• Working knowledge of Python and Django.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript (or JavaScript with a willingness to learn TypeScript).
• Basic understanding of PostgreSQL or relational databases.
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, HTTP, REST APIs, and basic authentication concepts.
• Curiosity to learn production engineering practices and work in an existing codebase.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD through projects or internships.
• Built and deployed a full-stack project that you can walk us through.
• Exposure to fintech, payments, loyalty systems, or high-volume applications.
• Familiarity with LLM-based developer tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
