Software Engineer-Full Stack (Large National Bank)

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer - Full Stack, you will be an integral part of a dynamic software development team. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining enterprise-grade software systems utilizing multiple technologies. This role encompasses working on both back-end and front-end aspects of systems, requiring you to write clean, functional code, and diligently test and resolve bugs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret written technical specification documents and discuss project scope with the Team Leader.
• Evaluate the impact of new development or changes on existing systems.
• Perform coding according to written technical specifications and conduct self-level code reviews.
• Conduct Unit Testing to ensure code quality and maintain the code repository.
• Perform maintenance programming and efficiently check and resolve all reported defects.
• Perform coding in adherence to application security standards and ISG-defined coding standards.
• Ensure all security measures are strictly followed and obtain sign-off during code reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience; exposure to banking is preferable.
• For 4-10 years of experience: Strong hands-on experience as a Web and Mobile front-end expert with exposure to full-stack development.
• Strong systems design experience with Data Structures (DS) and Algorithms (Algo).
• Thorough understanding of Design Patterns and CLEAN Architecture.
• Proven experience with ReactJS, ReactNative, or Flutter.
• Experience with microservices (Springboots, NodeJS).
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Google Firebase and Adobe analytics.
• Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / BSc. / BCA / MCA or relevant certifications.
