Role Overview
RizeX Labs is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Developer Intern who is interested in enterprise technology, application development, and the ServiceNow platform. This internship is designed for students, freshers, recent graduates, and aspiring developers to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects and learning professional development practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist with ServiceNow application development and configuration
- Work with ServiceNow tables, forms, fields, and modules
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
- Assist with ServiceNow workflows and process automation
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and customizations
- Work with Glide APIs and server-side scripting
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs
- Configure notifications, approvals, and automated processes
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting
- Assist with data import, transformation, and data management
- Work with ServiceNow update sets and application deployment processes
- Follow ServiceNow development best practices
- Collaborate with team members on real-world ServiceNow projects
- Document technical configurations and development activities
Requirements
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform concepts
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Understanding of programming fundamentals
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Understanding of databases and tables
- Basic understanding of REST APIs is a plus
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
