Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Full Stack Developer / Website Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive and high-performance websites and web applications. The candidate will work closely with the management, design, business, and other technology teams to develop secure, scalable, user-friendly, and technically robust digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
• Design and implement front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional, responsive web pages.
• Develop reusable, clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate websites and applications with APIs and third-party services.
• Develop and manage databases and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical errors.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and responsive across devices.
• Implement website security standards and data protection practices.
• Manage website deployment, hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and updates.
• Work with version-control systems such as Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and business teams to deliver projects within timelines.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and quality checks before deployment.
• Maintain technical documentation and development records.
• Monitor website performance and provide timely technical support.
• Stay updated with emerging web-development technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Ability to work with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong back-end development skills using Node.js, PHP, or Python.
• Experience managing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git and web hosting/deployment processes.
