Product Operations & Analytics Intern

Role Overview

Sarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. We are looking for a Product Operations & Analytics Intern to sit at the intersection of users, data, and the dev team. You will pull signal out of noisy feedback, spot patterns across usage data and error logs, and turn them into actionable input for the team. This is an operations and analysis role designed for someone who wants to organize chaos and move between spreadsheets, dashboards, and engineering conversations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Analytics dashboards and funnels to track feature usage, drop-offs, and behavioral patterns
• Review Sentry logs and correlate error signals with real user-reported issues
• Collate feedback arriving across channels (WhatsApp, email, support forms, Slack) into a single, maintained tracker
• Triage items into bugs, feature requests, UX confusion, or noise
• Write clear, dev-ready bug reports including repro steps, severity, and supporting logs
• Identify recurring patterns and roll them into weekly summaries for founders and the dev team
• Make informed decisions on escalation priorities
• Help build and maintain a single source of truth for product health

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
• Comfortable navigating tools like Mixpanel, Notion, Linear, and spreadsheets
• Strong written communication skills for technical bug reporting
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-changing beta product
• Genuine curiosity about user behavior
• Ability to prioritize under incomplete information
