QA Engineer

Role Overview

Schring Consulting is looking for a QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Node.js, Ruby, React, and test automation to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software. This is a remote opportunity requiring some overlap with U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with developers to resolve them.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated testing processes and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Help identify potential quality issues and improve overall testing processes.
• Ensure software releases meet quality and functionality expectations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Ruby, and React.
• Experience with test automation.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with some overlap during U.S. business hours.
