Job Description
Role Overview
We’re hiring AI Engineers with 2–5 years of experience for a funded startup building next-generation AI products. This is not a traditional AI engineering role where you are several layers removed from the product and decision-making. You’ll work directly with the founders, contribute to core AI and product decisions, and have the opportunity to build systems from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Work on Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows
- Develop Voice AI systems and multimodal reasoning capabilities
- Build and deploy production-grade AI applications
- Solve complex technical problems with significant ownership
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering or a closely related field
- Must be from a Top-Tier Indian institution, among the Top 10 IITs in India
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML systems
- Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Voice AI systems and/or Multimodal reasoning
- Ability to build and deploy production-grade AI systems
- Strong ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
