Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring AI Engineers with 2–5 years of experience for a funded startup building next-generation AI products. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the founders, contributing to core AI and product decisions and building systems from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
- Build and deploy Voice AI systems and multimodal reasoning capabilities.
- Develop production-grade AI applications.
- Solve complex technical problems with significant ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering or a closely related field.
- Must be an alumnus of a Top-Tier Indian institution (among the Top 10 IITs).
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Proven experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, Voice AI, and/or Multimodal reasoning.
