Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong JavaScript background and hands-on experience in building production-ready applications. The role requires collaboration with product teams, business analysts, and technology teams across Australia, Manila, and India, so strong English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver production-ready application features with quality built in from the beginning.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, business analysts, and product owners.
• Understand and clarify business and technical requirements before development.
• Design solutions for application modules and represent technical designs using appropriate diagrams.
• Write clean, modular, maintainable, and testable code.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript technologies.
• Build and work with automation frameworks.
• Participate in technical discussions with wider technology teams.
• Run and manage CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment.
• Follow engineering best practices, including DevOps, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Support reliable deployment of code changes into different environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong background in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React.js, Next.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL (or SQL Server).
• Experience designing and developing automation frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Harness.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, automation, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Excellent English communication skills.
