AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview

Visko Group is looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 2–5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent solutions, building and optimizing ML/AI models, working with LLMs, designing effective prompts, and integrating AI solutions into business applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models.
• Develop scalable solutions using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Design, test, and optimize high-quality prompts for LLM-based applications.
• Build applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and Generative AI APIs.
• Perform prompt evaluation and optimization to improve accuracy, consistency, relevance, and response quality.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and analysis.
• Develop predictive, classification, recommendation, and automation models.
• Integrate AI/ML models with applications through APIs and backend services.
• Work with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval systems.
• Monitor model performance and continuously optimize AI solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, data analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Research emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to implement them within the organization.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Science, Generative AI, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Strong practical knowledge of Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs and Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of Docker and deployment practices.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
