Role Overview

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/ designs/ models/ simulations on various softwares as per client's/ project requirements. You will work on complex digital transformation needs, leveraging engineering principles to build future-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions as per client's specifications.
• Work on different softwares like CAD and CAE to develop appropriate models as per the project plan.
• Test prototypes and designs, checking all boundary conditions including impact and stress analysis.
• Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility by integrating software components.
• Create prototypes based on engineering drawings and outline CAD models.
• Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new client requirements.
• Provide optimized solutions by running simulations in virtual environments.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems with minimum latency and maximum efficiency.
• Perform defect fixing and develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain documentation, design change repositories, and project history.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in technical consulting and engineering design.
• Ability to follow industry standard operating procedures.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
