Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Engineer with strong DevOps expertise to manage and optimize infrastructure, cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, deployments, monitoring, and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux, cloud platforms, containers, and DevOps tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage Linux servers, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Monitor system performance, availability, logs, and application health.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage code repositories and workflows using Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Implement infrastructure security, backup, monitoring, and access-control best practices.
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams to improve deployment processes and system reliability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / IT Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Proficiency in Git and scripting with Shell/Bash or Python.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or CloudWatch.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Networking or a related field.
