Job Description
Role Overview
Join our fintech startup for a 3-month internship where you will learn how to build and scale backend systems. You will work on building APIs, serverless functions, and integrating third-party fintech services.
Responsibilities
- Building APIs and serverless functions using TypeScript and Node.js
- Writing MySQL queries and understanding DB schema design
- Occasionally contributing to the frontend in Next.js
- Integration with third-party fintech APIs (Razorpay, MF, shares, etc.)
- Writing unit tests for critical modules
- Learning how a real fintech startup operates and scales backend systems
Requirements
- Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals
- Some experience with TypeScript
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (select, insert, joins, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP basics
- A GitHub portfolio or link to 1–2 projects
- Eagerness to learn fast and build real features
