Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong analytical skills to assess application requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience with software design principles and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to work with various monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
• Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
