Role Overview

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
