Custom Software Engineer

Role Overview

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. As a Custom Software Engineer, you will design, build, and configure applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes, engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and development standards.
• Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to optimize functionality and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
