Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You will create seamless experiences for users while ensuring robust and scalable backend solutions, leveraging a cloud-first and agile mindset to solve challenging business problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently and evolve into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related technical problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems by identifying areas for improvement.
• Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Ability to work within agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
