Role Overview

As an LLM Model Developer, a typical day involves working closely with advanced language models to refine their capabilities by focusing on instruction fine-tuning and adapting them to specific domains. Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Strong understanding of model fine-tuning techniques and domain adaptation strategies.
• Experience with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
• Ability to analyze and interpret model behavior to optimize performance.
• Familiarity with workflow automation and integration of AI components into existing systems.
