Full Stack Trainer and Developer - Vijayawada (In-person)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Trainer & Developer with 1–2 years of practical experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The candidate will be primarily responsible for training students in Full Stack Development while also contributing to the development of real-world Full Stack applications and projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Full Stack Development using live coding, demonstrations and real-world projects.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, coding exercises, quizzes and projects.
• Train students on React.js, Node.js & Express.js, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Authentication & Authorization, Git & GitHub, and Deployment.
• Guide and mentor students throughout their projects and review student code.
• Develop and maintain Full Stack web applications using React.js, Node.js/Express.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate frontend, backend and database components and debug application issues.
• Use modern AI coding tools to improve development productivity and demonstrate AI-assisted coding techniques.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant Full Stack development experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
• Ability to work onsite at our Vijayawada office.
• Minimum 1-year commitment required.
• Immediate availability preferred.
