Role Overview

Akrisso Innovations Private Limited is an AI technology company looking for exceptional freshers and early-career developers who possess deep programming craft. We seek engineers who use AI as a tool to extend their ability rather than relying on it to think, create, or code for them. You should be able to build, read, debug, and challenge code independently.

Responsibilities

• Build modern web applications across frontend and backend.
• Develop APIs and application logic.
• Work with databases and authentication.
• Translate product requirements into functioning software.
• Debug systematically and improve performance, maintainability, and reliability.
• Review and improve code and contribute to technical decisions.
• Integrate modern AI enabled functionality when appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (variables, functions, data flow, state, asynchronous behavior, and architecture).
• Ability to explain, debug, and modify code generated by AI.
• Experience building projects outside of standard assignments.
• Ability to read documentation and enjoy the debugging process.
• Strong reasoning skills to solve technical problems.
