Role Overview
Design, develop, and implement system and application software solutions on Linux-based platforms (Ubuntu / CIP Linux) running on Single Board Computers (SBCs). The role focuses on driving software innovation for next-generation medical devices using C/C++, Linux, and embedded technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and robust software architectures based on product requirements.
- Develop high-quality, high-performance, and reusable software components following industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain embedded Linux applications on SBC platforms.
- Implement software solutions using C, C++, Python, and related technologies.
- Work with Linux distributions including Ubuntu and CIP Linux.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Analyze system performance and optimize applications for embedded environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system/application software development.
- Experience in end-to-end software development from concept to deployment.
- Prior experience working on Linux-based Single Board Computers (SBCs) is preferred.
