UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

ApnaGhr is a PropTech startup building a verified property site-visit marketplace. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the core user experiences across our platform, including the dealer-facing web dashboard, rider mobile app, and customer touchpoints. As one of the earliest design hires, you will work directly with the founding team to build our design system from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows for the dealer subscription platform, rider navigation app, and customer-facing property discovery
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system and component library
• Work closely with engineering to ensure faithful and feasible implementation
• Conduct or synthesize user research to inform design decisions
• Design for mixed-context users across desktop and mobile platforms
• Iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements

• Proven experience designing digital products end-to-end (portfolio required)
• Strong command of design tools like Figma
• Experience designing for both web and mobile app experiences
• Strong eye for interaction design and usability
• Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment
• Bonus: Experience in PropTech, marketplace platforms, or logistics apps
