Role Overview
ARCHLE Labs is a health tech R&D startup located in Bangalore. We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our Bengaluru onsite team immediately. You will design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. Your work will directly impact performance, reliability, and user experience from pixel-perfect UI and smooth animations to robust state management and secure API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and build features with Flutter/Dart.
- Translate Figma/wireframes into responsive, accessible UIs.
- Implement navigation, animations, and platform integrations.
- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs (auth, real-time where applicable).
- Manage app state (Provider/Bloc/Riverpod/etc.).
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests; maintain CI quality gates.
- Diagnose and optimize performance, memory, and startup times.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release readiness.
- Partner closely with designers and backend engineers, onsite.
Requirements
- 1-2 years building production Flutter apps (at least 1–2 shipped apps).
- Strong Dart, Flutter SDK, and mobile architecture fundamentals.
- Solid grasp of UI/UX principles and responsive layouts.
- REST/GraphQL integration; OAuth2/JWT; error/crash reporting.
- Git workflows; CI/CD (e.g., Codemagic/GitHub Actions/Fastlane).
- Automated testing + debugging with Flutter DevTools/Crashlytics.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset in an in-office setting.
Nice to Have
- Native Android/iOS experience; platform channels.
- Firebase (Auth, FCM, Remote Config), payments, deep links.
- Offline-first, push notifications, analytics, A/B testing.
- Experience with Riverpod/Bloc, GetX, or similar.
