Role Overview
At Arctic Wolf, you won’t just watch the cybersecurity industry evolve – you'll help lead the change. We are looking for an Intern/Developer to join our mission to End Cyber Risk. You will work on a security operations platform that ingests and processes trillions of events per day using a distributed system of loosely-coupled microservices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software services using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Golang, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Build and maintain AI-enabled services, APIs, and microservices leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning, and agentic AI workflows.
- Write clean, efficient, and testable code with proper documentation and unit testing.
- Create and extend software frameworks and tools to run, monitor, and report on automated tests.
- Create test approaches, test plans, and test cases to drive high quality software deliverables.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using modern DevOps practices.
- Maintain high quality software with automated testing such as API validation, performance/load testing, and fuzzing.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of software development experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of software testing fundamentals, including unit and API testing.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Active coding profiles on platforms like GitHub, LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank, or Codeforces.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.
