Software Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a JavaScript Developer who will be responsible for developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining web applications using JavaScript and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with the development team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable JavaScript code.
• Implement new features and functionality based on project requirements.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
• Work with APIs and integrate third-party services into web applications.
• Handle form validations, DOM manipulation, events, AJAX/fetch requests, and dynamic UI functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and other team members.
• Test and optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Maintain proper documentation of development work where required.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely technical solutions.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Knowledge of DOM manipulation and JavaScript events.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of asynchronous JavaScript, including Promises, async/await, and Fetch/AJAX.
• Basic understanding of browser developer tools and debugging.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control.
• Understanding of responsive web development.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or similar CSS frameworks will be an advantage.
• B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA or any relevant technical qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
