Role Overview
We are looking for an individual to join our team in an L1 Technical Support role. This position involves working in a voice process and handling helpdesk call-taking duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and possesses a basic understanding of computer systems and office applications.
