Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer in a helpdesk capacity, you will provide L1 Technical support through a voice process. This role requires individuals who are willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts and possess a basic understanding of computer systems and office applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide L1 Technical support via voice process.
- Handle helpdesk call taking profiles.
- Operate within a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Requirements

- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
