C++ Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate C++ Developer with 3+ years of experience in software development. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern C++, data structures, system design, and Linux-based development environments. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C++.
• Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Work with STL containers such as vectors, maps, sets, queues, and other data structures.
• Develop and enhance backend services and system components.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs.
• Work with JSON data structures for data processing and service communication.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to solution design.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

• Has more than a year of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design and software development principles.
• Consistently works to direction with minimal supervision, producing accurate and reliable results.
• Individuals are expected to be able to work on a range of tasks and problems, demonstrating their ability to apply their skills and knowledge.
• Organises own time to deliver against tasks set by others with a mid term horizon.
• Works co-operatively with others to achieve team goals and has a direct and positive impact on project performance and make decisions based on their understanding of the situation, not just the rules.
