Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced UiPath RPA professionals to design, develop, deploy, monitor and support enterprise automation solutions. The role involves both RPA development and production operations, including automation development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, performance optimization and continuous improvement. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator and be comfortable integrating RPA solutions with APIs, web applications, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
- Develop scalable and reusable automation workflows following UiPath best practices.
- Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator components including queues, triggers, assets, credentials, jobs, processes and robots.
- Develop automations integrating with Web/UI applications, REST/SOAP APIs, Microsoft 365, Excel and other productivity tools.
- Develop robust exception handling, logging and recovery mechanisms.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing and UAT support.
- Deploy automation packages across development, test and production environments.
- Monitor production automations, queues, jobs and bot execution.
- Troubleshoot failed jobs and identify root causes.
- Provide L2/L3 production support for RPA solutions.
- Analyze incidents and implement permanent fixes to reduce recurring failures.
- Maintain automation documentation, support procedures and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of strong UiPath development experience with hands-on Orchestrator and production support exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong automation and analytical skills with a production support mindset.
- Good understanding of RPA architecture and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders effectively.
