Specialist - Software Development & Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Software Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced engineers to build and maintain enterprise software applications, grow your technical skills, and contribute to meaningful business solutions from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Implement — Write, test, and maintain code for features and bug fixes across backend and/or frontend layers under the guidance of senior engineers
• Learn & Grow — Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship sessions to accelerate your development as an engineer
• Troubleshoot & Debug — Investigate and resolve defects with support from senior team members
• Collaborate — Work within an Agile team alongside developers, QA, and product owners to deliver sprint commitments
• Follow Engineering Standards — Apply team coding conventions, testing practices, and documentation standards in your daily work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Foundational knowledge of at least one of the following: Java, .NET (C#), or Angular
• Understanding of basic programming concepts including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
• Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve
• Basic familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows
