Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on AI & Edge Hardware Developer to build and deploy real-world AI-powered automation systems. At Clofus Innovations, we develop computer vision and AI systems for warehouses and factories. This is not a purely software or research role; you will work on the complete journey from experimenting with AI models to integrating hardware and deploying systems at customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computer vision solutions using Python.
- Train, test, and deploy object detection, classification, segmentation, OCR, and anomaly detection models using YOLO, OpenCV, ONNX, PyTorch, and TensorRT.
- Work with camera streams, RTSP, image processing, and video analytics.
- Optimize AI models for edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson and Raspberry Pi.
- Integrate cameras, sensors, lighting, networking equipment, and other hardware components.
- Develop and test prototype hardware systems and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Participate in installation, testing, and commissioning at customer locations.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Computer Vision and Image Processing.
- Experience with OpenCV.
- Experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch.
- Experience with object detection models such as YOLO.
- Basic understanding of Linux.
- Experience or strong interest in edge AI devices such as NVIDIA Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
- Understanding of cameras, video streams, USB, Ethernet, and networking basics.
