Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and support complex cloud environments. You will be responsible for provisioning, managing, and monitoring AWS infrastructure services to ensure high availability, security, and operational excellence. This role involves supporting CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, and automation initiatives within a managed services environment.
Responsibilities
- Provision, manage, monitor, and support AWS infrastructure services ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, deployment activities, release management, and automation initiatives utilizing AWS native DevOps services and Jenkins.
- Manage alerts, investigate incidents, perform troubleshooting, coordinate resolution activities, and support RCA preparation.
- Support implementation and monitoring of security controls, vulnerability findings, operational governance, and compliance requirements.
- Interact with internal and customer teams, participate in troubleshooting calls, maintain documentation, and deliver operational support within managed service environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure services including EC2, Auto Scaling Groups, AMIs, EBS, VPC, Subnets, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs, Internet Gateway, NAT Gateway, Site-to-Site VPN, Route 53, and Load Balancers.
- Experience supporting Amazon S3, AWS Backup, and Amazon RDS environments.
- Hands-on experience with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, Inspector, IAM, and KMS.
- Experience supporting AWS native DevOps services including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CloudFormation, Lambda, ECR, and ECS/EKS.
- Experience supporting Jenkins pipelines and working knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to Shell Scripting, Python, YAML, and Terraform.
