Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer - Niagara Framework will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Building Management System (BMS) and Industrial IoT applications using the Niagara Framework. The role requires expertise in Niagara-based development, integration with building automation systems, and full-stack application development. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure smart building and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Building Management System (BMS) and Industrial IoT applications.
• Develop and customize Niagara stations, drivers, services, and components.
• Integrate Niagara applications with third-party systems and enterprise applications.
• Ensure high system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement automation and smart building solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in software development and system integration.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with the Niagara Framework.
• Strong understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and KNX.
• Strong programming experience in Niagara and Java component-based development.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of IoT, smart building, and industrial automation architectures.
