AI Engineering Intern

Role Overview

DreamStarter is a TypeScript platform where AI agents run marketing workflows including video clipping pipelines, multi-platform publishing, lead discovery, and email sequences. As an AI Engineering Intern, you will work directly with the founder on real production features, contributing to a system that has already published 500+ posts and processed thousands of leads.

Responsibilities

• Build and harden agent workflows including prompts, tool calls, retries, cost caps, and evals.
• Review and fix AI-written code before it merges and write necessary tests.
• Own the mobile test pass for Android and iOS and implement fixes.
• Pick up scoped tickets from the roadmap such as admin tooling, integrations, and account merges.
• Deliver one merged PR with tests within your first week.

Requirements

• Comfortable with TypeScript.
• Backend exposure including Postgres, queues, and REST.
• Proficiency with git and PR workflows.
• Curiosity regarding agentic systems in production.
• Students and recent graduates are welcome.
