DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Dropty is India’s first smart baggage concierge platform, offering home check-in and post-flight baggage delivery services for air travelers. We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our technology team to implement automation, manage CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system reliability and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and integration.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP) ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
• Automate operational tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues promptly.
• Maintain configuration management and version control practices.
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Implement security and compliance best practices in deployment processes.
• Continuously improve system reliability and reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch).
