AI Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and motivated AI Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have practical, hands-on experience in AI Voice Agents, AI Chatbots, AI Agents, Agentic AI and business automation. You will work with LLMs, AI APIs, Python, third-party integrations and automation workflows to build real-world AI solutions for business communication and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI Voice Agents and AI Chatbots for business applications.
• Build AI Agents and Agentic AI workflows capable of handling automated conversations and business tasks.
• Develop AI-powered automation using Python and integrate AI models with web applications, APIs and third-party platforms.
• Work with LLMs, prompt engineering and AI frameworks to improve agent performance and response quality.
• Integrate voice, messaging and communication APIs into AI systems.
• Test, debug, maintain and continuously improve AI agents and automation workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI development.
• Strong knowledge of Python is required.
• Practical experience in AI Voice Agents, AI Chatbots, AI Agents, Agentic AI and automation.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, REST APIs, webhooks and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with voice AI platforms, chatbot frameworks, automation tools or AI model integration is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently develop and deploy AI solutions.
