Interns: operations and product testing.

Role Overview

HiTime.App is a new-generation intent-based networking platform. We are looking for highly curious, technology-oriented interns to combine AI, product thinking, operations, and product testing. You will work directly with the product team to test, improve, and operate the platform while exploring how AI agents can automate repetitive operational work and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Test HiTime.App across mobile and web platforms.
• Identify bugs, usability problems, and unexpected behavior through regression and exploratory testing.
• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and videos.
• Assist with day-to-day product operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Research and experiment with AI tools and AI agents.
• Build simple AI-powered workflows for operational use cases.
• Analyze user feedback and suggest improvements to product flows.
