UI UX Intern

Role Overview

FlashFire is building the future of automated job search. We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer Intern who is passionate about designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with our product and tech team to research, design, and improve user journeys across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct basic user research and analyze user behavior to improve UX.
• Design landing pages, dashboards, and product flows.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries.
• Improve user flows, navigation, and overall usability of the platform.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing, and performance insights.

Requirements

• Strong design portfolio (Behance preferred) showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and mobile/web app designs.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability, and design thinking.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a product mindset.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Open to current students or graduates.
