Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of AI and data solutions used across Gleeds
• Building and improving data pipelines, integrations, and backend services
• Contributing to the delivery of new platform features and enhancements
• Producing clear documentation, test plans, and technical handover materials
• Following established security, governance, and change management processes
• Collaborating with developers, AI specialists, business stakeholders, and support teams
• Assisting with monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production systems
• Continuously developing your knowledge across software engineering, cloud technologies, data engineering, and AI

Requirements

• A degree or master's degree (completed or completing by August 2027) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
• Strong programming skills, ideally with experience in Python
• An understanding of databases and data management concepts
• Interest in cloud technologies and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Curiosity about AI technologies and how they can be applied in a business environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• A proactive approach to learning and developing new technical skills
• Awareness of good data governance and security practices
