Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automation, and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and automation.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
- Manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized applications.
- Automate deployments, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes using Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
- Implement cloud security, IAM policies, networking, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and application health using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, security, and operations teams.
- Support high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
- Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Strong knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/EKS.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of AWS networking, security, IAM, and monitoring.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments.
