Role Overview

HabileLabs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced AI Engineer with 2-4 years of professional experience to join our engineering department. You will focus on building LLM-based applications and agentic systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
• Work with LLM architectures and models with 7B+ parameters.
• Implement model quantization and optimization techniques for small language models (SLMs).
• Manage the ML lifecycle including model training, evaluation, validation, and deployment.
• Utilize prompt engineering, in-context learning, and few-shot learning techniques.
• Implement multi-agent systems or agentic AI frameworks.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Deep proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of relational and vector databases.
• Experience with LLM evaluation metrics and benchmarking frameworks.
