Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer – ELM/CLM to manage and support IBM Enterprise Lifecycle Management applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IBM ELM/CLM, Linux administration, scripting, application administration, and DevOps automation.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and upgrade IBM ELM/CLM applications.
- Manage IBM Engineering Requirements Management (ERM), Engineering Test Management (ETM), Engineering Workflow Management (EWM), LQE, and Report Builder.
- Perform Linux/RHEL administration and troubleshooting.
- Manage WebSphere Application Server environments.
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for automation.
- Use Python and/or Perl for scripting and automation.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps automation activities.
- Work with tools such as Git, Ansible, and Splunk.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Support applications hosted on AWS environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, application administration, or related areas.
- Hands-on experience with IBM ELM/CLM.
- Experience with Linux/RHEL administration.
- Strong Linux command-line knowledge.
- Experience with Shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server.
- Knowledge of Python and/or Perl scripting.
- Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
