DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring application performance, availability, and cost optimization through advanced cloud management and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Auto Scaling to ensure application performance, availability, and cost optimization.
• Implement and manage Web Application Firewall (WAF) policies to protect applications from common web-based threats.
• Implement and maintain cloud security best practices, including IAM, access control, encryption, network security, and security monitoring.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application build, testing, and deployment.
• Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and security events using appropriate monitoring and logging tools.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, performance, and security-related issues.
• Implement security controls across development, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment and operational processes.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and security of production environments.
• Maintain documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, security configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure and security.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.
