Job Description
Role Overview
This role combines full stack development with data analysis, business process automation using Power Automate, reporting using Power BI, and hands-on development and customization within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions including case management and lifecycle events
- Implement workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting JavaScript Glide APIs
- Perform full stack application development
- Manage HR case management, employee service portals, and virtual agent
- Utilize ServiceNow NowAssist, Moveworks, Employee Works, and Process Mining capabilities
Requirements
- Strong expertise in .NET Core APIs and modern architecture patterns
- Experience with Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong SQL, Python, and scripting knowledge
- Experience with Power BI and DAX
- Experience with Power Automate workflows
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required
- ServiceNow HRSD Certification (CIS HRSD) is preferred
