Backend Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Executive to support our day-to-day backend operations, documentation, data management, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good computer knowledge, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain backend operations and daily administrative tasks.
• Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance accurately.
• Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and official documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and other office-related communication.
• Maintain and update databases and records as required.
• Perform other backend and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Responsible, professional, and willing to learn.
