Role Overview

KaryaFlow is building AI-powered products that help businesses automate workflows, customer interactions, and day-to-day operations. We work across Generative AI, Voice AI, SaaS, automation, and modern web technologies. We are looking for a motivated AI / Full-Stack Developer Intern who wants to work on real products, solve practical engineering problems, and learn by building.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve AI-powered features using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python and Node.js.
• Build modern web applications using React and Next.js.
• Integrate LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG, embeddings, and other AI technologies.
• Work on Voice AI and conversational AI features.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Work with databases and backend infrastructure.
• Debug issues, optimize existing features, and improve application performance.
• Participate in product development from idea → implementation → testing → deployment.
• Research new AI tools, models, frameworks, and technologies and evaluate how they can be used in KaryaFlow products.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of LLMs and Generative AI.
• Familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar.
• Understanding of concepts such as: Prompt engineering, Embeddings, RAG, AI agents, and Function/tool calling.
• Good working knowledge of at least some of: Python, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Next.js, REST APIs, Git / GitHub, and SQL / databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies independently.
• Strong ownership and willingness to take responsibility for assigned work.
• A builder mindset — you enjoy creating things and experimenting with new ideas.
